Window Source of San Antonio Reviews and Testimonials

We are so unbelievably pleased with how our new windows turned out! Alex and his team were exceptional and surpassed every expectation we had. They came in very friendly and professional. They kept their work clean and no trash laying around. Provided great knowledge on how the windows were put in, the materials they used. Overall just absolutely amazing to work with. The windows look fantastic!! And just by looking at them it makes the whole house better! I absolutely recommend!

Mike was an excellent sales person and was able to get a good price for us. He was quick to answer the phone and address all of our concerns. When a banking error occurred he was quick to help us resolve the issue.

On the two days of the install Alex and his team did a fantastic job working quickly and carefully to remove the old windows and install the new ones. Alex did a great job explaining the process and communicating if there were any problems.

I highly recommend the window source, they had the best prices when I compared across 5 different vendors. The price was right and the quality was amazing!!!

Alex and his crew were amazing! All of them were very professional and courteous, and we are extremely pleased with the final product. If I had known they were going to be this beautiful I would have replaced the windows long ago. Alex put us at ease from the start, he definitely knows his craft! After getting 4 bids we chose The Window Source for their attention to detail, a quality product and an unbeatable price. Thank you!

What a wonderful experience! We have NEVER had anyone take such good care and show the quality in their work than what Alex Valdez and his installers did for us today.

Their professionalism and top notch quality is what we as homeowners look for in a company and that is exactly what we got. From the professionalism in Michael their Salesman to Alex their installer and his crew, Window Source is a A+++++++ rated company in our opinion. We will use them agi in the future.

Thank you Window Source for hiring exemplary employees, it speaks volumes of your company.

Mr. & Mrs. Philip Moreno

I recommend Window Source to anyone in need of windows. Alex Valdez and his crew had all of our windows removed and the new ones installed in a couple of hours and their knowledge and professionalism was top notch. We could have gone a less costly route but my wife and I definitely wouldn’t be as happy as we are with what Window Source has done for us.

Amendment: Because we were so pleased with the window installation, we decided to have siding put on the house and again the quality of workmanship was so much greater than our expectations. Thank you so much Frank Estrada and Felipe for giving us a new home. I will recommend The Window Source in San Antonio to anyone. They are up front with everything and they come through with and back the work that they promise. This review was too easy to write. Thank you Moses.

The experience I had with the Window Source, from start to finish, was extremely professional and left me feeling like I made a solid investment. During the design process, I received very thorough and honest help in choosing the appropriate windows for my house. During the installation process, the crew took a lot of care. They were swift and meticulous. I would recommend The Window Source to anyone looking for great windows from a trustworthy company.

Very happy that I went with The Window Source of San Antonio! They came out to assess quickly and didn’t push for anything that I didn’t need. They replaced all of the windows in my home (several custom) on a strict timeline and I can already appreciate the temperature difference. Alex and his crew were complete professionals even though I had to be at work during installation and was not easily reachable. They were kind to my dogs and respectful to my home, making sure each window was installed to standard. Would strongly recommend them to any homeowner needing window replacement.

The Window Source did an outstanding job installing new windows and a sliding glass door in my home. From start to finish, they were fast, professional, and incredibly thorough. Adrian and Erik worked efficiently, left everything spotless, and made sure the installation was perfect. Their attention to detail and quality craftsmanship made it worth every penny. Alex was professional and courteous at all times, ensuring all aspects of the installation process was communicated to us in a professional and understandable manner. Àlex is a professional!

Alex and Raul’s attention to detail during installation was refreshing. It’s hard to find reliable people who are willing to meet a high standard of work, but they did an excellent job and responded positively to my questions and requests. They cleaned their mess and were polite. I’ll definitely recommend them to others. Thank you!

We had a storm door installed and the process was so smooth. Interaction with the office staff was great. Our installer kept us informed of his arrival as well as everything he was doing throughout the process of installation. He cleaned up before leaving, as well. It was quick and the final product exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend The Window Source to others!

The window Source, a family business in San Antonio, recently installed the last three sets of large windows in our house, and it looks so sleek and updated!! They are a professional company that knows how to efficiently install custom windows. Our windows will be so easy to keep clean now, and our house temperature will be more efficient.

Thanks Window Source, it’s been a pleasure working with you!!

Highly recommend! 10/10! The new windows in my house, LOOK BEAUTIFUL! You can instantly notice a difference in the house! Feels cooler, especially since it's been so hot recently. The customer service was amazing, they went out of their way to answer all of my questions. They even worked with me on the price. If you're on the market for new windows, please don't hesitate to reach out to them!

Mike and his crew kept me up to date on the status of my windows during the manufacturing phase.. Once they were in, the installation was quick and painless. They were efficient and cleaned up very well after the job was done. I would highly recommend window source to anyone looking to replace some of their windows. A little side note, opt for the triple pane blue glass. It is not very much more expensive and look so much better.

We could not be happier with our decision to select Window Source of San Antonio to install our windows. From the initial consultation, the installation and the final inspection we felt that our satisfaction was of upmost importance to them. I have never dealt with a company where the owner was so involved in every step of the process. We will recommend Window Source of San Antonio to anyone that is interested in replacing their windows.

I am truly enjoying my new windows the installation was quick and painless did not disrupt my scheduled tasks. From my own investigation I paid thousands less than Anderson renewal windows wanted to charge me The window source was economical and they provided a military discount their installers were thoughtful and careful around the house professional at all times. I recommend their services to anyone who is interested in replacing their old drafty windows it has a very nice aesthetic look to my home besides reducing the outside noice. Best investment I could make!!!!

Update: I posted a complaint on Google review and within a few hours the owner contacted me. He also listened to me and offered to help resolve my issue. Moses was very polite and expressed that these are opportunities to grow and learn. I appreciate his quick response to my original post (I took it down). My issue was never the windows… just want to put that caveat!

My experience with everyone at window source has been pleasant; from the sales person, Pete to the window installers, and to speaking with the owner. I have no complaints. The windows are great and I can finally open my windows and let the breeze in.

Moses and his team did a fantastic job of installing 18 new windows from The Window Source. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the installation of every window. They also had the best value and best pricing. I recommend The Window Source for your window needs. Thank you Moses and Adrian for a great experience.

Wow! Never thought my windows getting replaced would make such a huge difference in our home! Our windows were only about 10 years old! Unbelievable difference! I’m sure my heating costs are going to be much lower! If you need windows I recommend calling this company! I gathered a few quotes from larger companies and these guys blew the other quotes out of the water! Plus, the other companies could not even replace three of our windows because they said they were odd sizes. Window Source replaced all of them! Amazing job! I’m extremely impressed. Thanks!

I went on Saturday, morning and talked to Design Consultan Joe Bustos.

He was very helpful and made some great recommendations about the different windows available.

I was able to get an estimate, and will seriously consider The Window Source for replacing 29 windows.

But, first I need to submit the documents need for HOA approval.

I was ready to post my review the day my windows were installed because 1) I had been super impressed with the professionalism Mike displayed when working with me to get my windows ordered over the phone as I was living out of town from the home they’d be working on at the time, and 2) the installers arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently, and were so kind and respectful, and most of all I appreciated how understanding they were about the state of our home (we had just moved in a few days before so there were boxes and belongings ALL over the place and it did not phase these wonderful people at all). I did wait to post this review until after I’ve lived with these new windows for over 2 months now so I could speak to the window quality as well.

REVIEW: We had 13 windows fully replaced with these incredible double paned windows that open inwards for easy cleaning AND slide up and down, which is a feature I and so glad we decided to upgrade to because we can now have our windows open without worrying about our dogs jumping out since the windows slide down from the top too! There are so many good things I can say about this company and the products & services they provide, but I’ll leave it at this, the customer service was outstanding - I truly felt valued as a customer by Mike when he made himself available to answer all of our questions and scheduled phone appointments to better suit our needs. The installation team was incredible and the whole process took around 4 hours, which felt like no time at all - they cleaned up their work space and took all the old windows away as part of their window buy-back program (which gave me $1300 in credit), and they even fixed a screen on-site. The windows themselves are just lovely and we are so happy with them and feel so good knowing they have lifetime warranty if and when we ever need to replace one. YES, having 13 windows installed was expensive, but the quality of the windows, the customer service & the fact that this company traveled a few towns over to us made it all worth it and we are just pleased with this investment into our first home. The only downside I could think to point out was the time it took to get the windows in, but even then, that’s something you’ll experience anywhere you go and the company is very upfront about that from the get go, and we actually only ended up waiting for 3-4 weeks which feels pretty standard. Overall I am so happy we went with the Window Source of San Antonio! 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent professional business. Great from Pete/Salesman, the installation team and follow up meeting with Mr Moses. Everything was explained in detail….the installation and pricing/payment plan. Installation crew were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards. Having the windows for some time very satisfied with the quality and grade of the windows. Highly recommend Window Source and the whole staff. .

Great job. Its a must you check out Window Source before deciding on other high price business's. You won’t regret.

The Window Source of San Antonio did a WONDERFUL JOB installing windows on my new custom home! Everything on my house was custom built and made and I wanted to find the best windows for

My home and after looking and researching several window companies in San Antonio, I could not be more pleased with the job they did. I worked with Anthony and he explained every detail of the window and the process from beginning to end. Erica and the rest of her office staff were always in constant communication with me and always provided weekly updates on the status of my windows. If quality, price, impeccable customer service and superb communication is what you want, look no further than The Window Source of San Antonio! Thanks TWS for making my experience remarkable!

I have to say few business today can do what Window Source did. First off. Sales person was very professional and knowledgeable. It did take awhile for windows to come in, but that is no fault of the company. Installation was very professional and prompt. The windows are great quality and they repaired issues during installation with no problems. They have earned my upmost respect. I hope more people consider Window Source. You will not be disappointed. Thx you again for a job well done.

Anthony came to our home to demonstrate the windows for us. I can't say enough about how amazing he was; we met with 4 different window companies and the representatives came across as the stereotypical salesperson - yuck! Anthony's visit, however, felt like we were having a friend over for a nice chat! He even pet and talked to our precious fur babies! After his visit, when I had questions, he got back to me right away with the answers. If you have this company come out, do yourself a favor and ask for ANTHONY! Furthermore, you absolutely can't beat the price of the windows; we were shocked by how low our quote was!

BUYER BEWARE! We purchased new windows from Window Source about a year ago and everything was great. Two windows gave us issues and they came out to replace them. Keep reading.....The person that installed our 2 windows broke our blind, the window does not stay open in an upright position, the window does not lock and they never called us back for a follow up. This is unacceptable with the amount of money that was wasted on these windows. The sales people will promise you the world, but after your windows are installed, Good Luck! My wife and I are both military and we do not have time for them to keep coming back to fix windows. I will keep you updated on this outcome. I will call them tomorrow,Saturday March 13,2021. Let's see how responsive they will be to their mess up. Now I have a house that is unsecured because of a new window they installed and does not lock.

UPDATE:

After I posted this review, the owner came to look at the issue. He was very helpful in explaining what was wrong and admitted the window was not level. He made it right and in my book, that is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would definitely reccoment this company for anyone who is looking to invest in windows for their home. Thank you Moses for addressing my concerns. I even ordered 2 more windows and will definitely keep everyone updated on the installation process.

Quoted: March 2020. Installed: April 2020. Fixes July: 2020.

I trust the Window Source of SA. Moses, Pete, Joseph, were all very helpful, honest, and professional. I inquired about a quote back in March for an all window installation....and I have 19 windows!

The presentation of the materials, the price, and financing option was suited for my needs. There were a couple of stumbles, but Window Sources did make good on their end, leaving me a happy and satisfied customer.

My windows are absolutely beautiful and I can absolutely tell the difference with the temperature inside my home. I LOVE the windows and work done! I am happy and proud to recommend the Window Source to anyone looking to get new windows. It's a HUGE investment! Ask all the questions you need to and the results are well worth it.

I will consider them in the future for door repair. Thank you.

I used The Window Source of San Antonio to replace the windows in my home and I was completely amazed with the entire process. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish and I was beyond impressed with the communication they provided. I was consistently updated about the progress of my project on a weekly basis and the installation was scheduled conveniently around my work schedule. I’m extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge they provided me throughout the entire process and the windows were the perfect addition to our home. Not only were they esthetically pleasing, they significantly reduced my energy bill. Overall, they went above and beyond and deserve more than 5 stars!

Sales director Anthony Came out and gave an excellent and informative presentation. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns I had regarding my window project. Their office manager Joseph was very professional and communicated very well throughout the process. He could call with weekly updates regarding our windows and was able to set up a installation date according to my business schedule. After the job was completed, Moses the owner came by to personally check the job. I’m very impressed with how well they handled everything from start to finish! Everyone was professional and were very sensitive towards covid concerns. Overall I am very happy and I would highly recommend them!

After researching window companies on line I decided to give the window source a call because of their 5 star reviews on line. I call and set up a free home consultation with Moses, he came to my house and explained everything regarding windows and prices . He was very nice and not pushy at all, so I decided to get all my windows done by the company. I had 13 Windows plus a door installed in a day by homer, Ricky, Robert and Ryan and Maria who cleaned out the area where the guys were working. I wanted to make sure I got all their names right before writing this review because they deserve credit. They were all very nice and friendly and answered all my questions. I want to specially thank homer for helping me out with an unexpected problem that came up when taking the old windows down. I truly appreciate your help homer. Thank you guys for doing a great job. I’m very happy with my windows and I highly recommend the company to my friends and family or anyone out there looking to replace their windows and the price is just right! I’m glad I called the window source.

We're really happy with the job the team at window source did for us! From beginning to end, the process was effortless. They were all very professional and got our windows installed in one day. Thanks to Rodrigo, Matthew, and Sam for their hard work (I hope I got everyone's name correct) and I believe it they had a little extra help at the end. We are most pleased with the finished product. Thank you also to Moses for initiating the process and for the follow up phone call to ensure we were happy with the results. I highly recommend Window Source of San Antonio and will be telling our family and friends about you!

Moses and the entire window source team are awesome. Our hallway windows were old and you could feel the heat from outside. With all the windows out and then back in when I got home I could feel a big big difference in the hallway and the rest of the house. I would and will recommend the window source to anyone that needs windows. Thanks guys.

Joseph was extremely nice and very thorough with the initial consultation. He explained everything in great detail. The day of the install went very smoothly. Tom was right on time. Even 5 min early. He was very nice and comfortable to have working in my house. Tom did an excellent job with the installation. I'm absolutely in love with my new windows!!! I highly recommend The Window Source of San Antonio.

From the very beginning with our sales person Pete, internal office person Joseph to the end at install with Alex, John & the rest of their crew, we have nothing but positive reviews for them. It is so difficult to find excellent companies when renovating your home and the amount of time it takes to vet the companies is difficult as well, this company has 5 stars for a reason and I can't express enough that when you come across Window Source of San Antonio as a possibility to service your home, STOP! you don't have to look any further, they ARE that good, and actually, they are EXCELLENT! Knowledge of products, weekly calls to keep you informed of product progression, delivery & install date, confirmation of install date, punctual to install time, efficiency & great time management, attention to detail, education on operation of windows, great clean up, same day follow up to inspect after install completion from internal office and most of all very respectful throughout the entire process. Thank you to all mentioned above for a Hassel free and great experience.

They did a great job with my new windows. It’s a lot cooler in my home now that I don’t feel the heat from the windows. The only thing I was disappointed was that I didn’t know there was an option for grids. My husband was home for the consultation and didn’t tell me the options we had. But that’s not their fault but I would have preferred to have grids. They did a great job though. All my windows were replaced in a matter of hours.

I just called this business a few minutes ago, and was pleasantly surprised when the gentleman I spoke to told me that I may save money going a different route with my windows. I renovate houses for a living, and have met many dishonest contractors. It is so refreshing to talk to someone who has integrity. I will definitely be back the next time I need windows replaced!

I am beyond happy with my windows from The Window Source of San Antonio. From the very beginning, when Mr. Moses Torres gave us our consultation , I felt at ease. His consultation was professional and kind. The quality of their windows are amazing . Their employees did an excellent job in installing them . Mathew was very professional and took his time after to show us how to operate the windows. Their workmanship was so great I plan on using other of their services.

The window source provided the most reasonable price and professional install I could have asked for. They were very clean and helpful from start to finish. They have even made efforts to ensure all the windows are still working properly a year after install. In a world where good workmanship and customer service are lacking, these guys deliver!

I would like to thank Anthony and Moses for the superior installation and service they have provided. I had them install a sliding patio door and was so pleased with their professionalism I contracted for 25 windows and a storm door. Shortly after the final installation I discovered a small problem and when I contacted Anthony it was rectified in just three days. This is a very professional company that stands firm on their LIFETIME WARRANTY! I would recommend the to everyone.

This company is very reputable. They have done many jobs for me and I am totally pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the customer service follow up that they do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for windows, screen doors, exterior doors, patio covers, and any other work that they do.

The Window Source design consultants were experienced in design, even super imposing a 10 ft door to allow me a preview of their product. When their installers came in they were extremely professional, in no time they had taken down the door and installed the new door, sweeping and cleaning. The finished product was as, if the door was a New Home installation. The Window Source continued in replacing my home’s windows. I would recommend anyone looking to update to consider, The Window Source Team.

Very Satisfied

Best decision we ever made for our 60 year old home.

House had original single-pane super thin glass windows.

We ended up getting 17 new windows, including a huge custom sized picture window with sliding windows on either side of it AND a new sliding patio door, for THOUSANDS LESS than any of the other 6 estimates we had gotten from others.

Initial home consultation was quick, precise and to the point... we had our complete estimate before they left and needless to say, after talking with them and reading previous reviews... our decision was made.

Almost exactly 3 weeks to the day the windows arrived and they were scheduled to be installed two days later. Installers arrived early to unload and set up, told us they were ready and the whirlwind of old window removal and new windows going in began. They were clean, non disruptive and professional in every way. With all the men they had brought to tackle the job, all new windows and the patio door were in within the first day. Day two was interior caulking, new exterior framing around windows and exterior trimming of widows... which was followed by an interior and exterior final check with us on each and every window.

If you are considering new widows and/or doors... Save your time and most importantly... SAVE MONEY.. Call the guys at Window Source and get ready to be satisfied beyond belief.

Have to also add, we had this done during the early part of summer... Our previous CPS bills (elec. & gas), were ALWAYS in excess of $350 per month.

Our first full month with our new windows and all the proceeding months that have followed.... OUR BILL WAS NEVER OVER $200.!! and since it has cooled off, Our CPS bills are now in the $150. range .!!

Thank You Window Source ..!!!!

Great experience from the start! Best price and superb installation by the "A" Team Alex, JT and Ryan. Will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend them to all my friends. If you want the best windows installed by the best company, give The Window Source of SA a try! Thanks again Moses and Anthony for coming out personally to the job site.

We recently purchased a home with many damaged windows. The team from Window Source was not only extremely professional and efficient, they also arrived each day with a friendly and courteous demeanor. Moses saw to every one of our requests, and Homer and his crew installed our windows as true professionals would. We definitely recommend them!

This was my first time having to replace windows in my house. I did alot of research and interviewed several companies. All of the companies seemed to have the same old story; then after checking around with friends who had been through this process before, told me there was no one better than Window Source. They were so very right. They came to the house several times with different samples and proposals, and gave me several options. The installation was right on time, and the outcome was nothing short of amazing. My house is older, and probably had original windows. My new windows transformed my house into a showplace. Not only am I thrilled with the Company, Product, and Service, but they also restored my faith of being honest, fair, and trustworthy. If you are in the market for new windows, Window Source is your answer!!!

Working with window source has been an amazing experience from beginning to end. I had 10 windows replaced in my home and had been dragging my feet about it because of the outrageous quotes I've gotten from other companies. Moses and his team were extremely professional and I am extremely satisfied with the end product.

I replaced my windows throughout my entire home with windows from The Window Source and I have noticed a decrease in my energy bill! The owner, Moses, offered great customer service and was very helpful. He was involved with the entire process from start to finish. Excellent and professional and provided my home with immacute curb appeal! Thanks for all your great work!

After sitting through 3 different window appointments. I almost gave up, prices were all over the place.

I have 11 windows in my home. One bid was $3300.00 that was just for 3 windows!!#!! I asked that Company to leave. Another bid never happened because my wife wasn't present.*(ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!)

The other company from a big box representative, asked $12,550.00 for my project. (Come on people)

I saw a TV add by Window Source advertised (10 windows for$3795.00)

Folks, it doesn't get more transparent then that......

I called to set an appointment , from first contact throughout our whole process and the completion of our job. Simply put, extremely satisfied.....

Give them a call or see them at the homeshow in two weeks. You won't be disappointed.

All The Window Source company is awesome..

The Owner Moses took time from his schedule to make the appointment and not sell us but explaind the value and demonstrated how the windows work..

Also one of the reps called us once a week with status and updated of the processes of the windows.

Installation was smooth and professionally done..

Definitely reccomend Moses and the Window Source..

My parents NEEDED their 50+ year old original windows replace on their home for quite some time now and they had been putting it off because the quotes they have received in the past were outrageous. A friend recommended Window Source and not only was the price right but the customer service was amazing!! From Joseph who set up the consultation to Moses and his team measuring and then installing!! I can not thank the Window Source Team enough for taking such good care of my parents. If you are looking for new windows look no further!!

I recently had all of my 36 windows replaced and my front and back door by The Window Source of San Antonio. I could not be more pleased with the job that they did. My new windows and doors are beautiful. The team that worked at my home were professional, courteous, hard working and efficient. They kept the work area organized and cleared away all debris and trash at the end of each day. They kept me informed of their progress and where they would be working each day. They were even helpful in performing the extra detail tasks that made the overall job complete and perfect. I highly recommend The Window Source of San Antonio and will be contacting them for my future home projects.

2022 update. After the record-breaking July heat, we just say it was the best investment we ever made. It would get too cold with the thermostat set on 74 degrees. We could leave our blinds open to let in the light without the house heating up. Our bill was no higher than any other summer, while a lot of people had double to pay. Heat or cold, can't be beat. Call Moses. Use the Window Source company. Best prices, service and product. Any issues with replacements, as noted in another review, are supply chain issues and out of the control of this local company.

2021 update. After the horrific winter storm, I appreciate these windows even more. Our home temp never dropped below 60 degrees even when the power was out for many hours. The windows made the difference. Every home needs these. We were very pleased with our windows. Moses and his crew did a great job. We can really tell the difference, it is a worthwhile investment. The temperature outside has dropped into the 50's overnight. Our house is still warm inside, no cold air coming in at all. I highly recommend The Window Source. You will get a great product at a highly competitive price.
